Donation Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our mission to inspire kids and fund conservation scholarships through coloring contests!

All donations to Conserve with Crayons, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, are final and non-refundable. Your gift is an irrevocable charitable contribution that helps us award prizes, run contests, and send young people to conservation camps and programs.

Exceptions (at our sole discretion):

We may issue a full or partial refund in rare cases, such as:

Accidental duplicate charges
Clear processing errors (e.g., you were charged the wrong amount)
Technical issues confirmed on our end

How to Request a Review

If you believe an error occurred, email conservewithcrayons@gmail.com within 30 days of the donation with:

Your name and email used for the donation
Date and amount
Description of the issue

We'll review and respond within 14 days. Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method (minus any processing fees).

Tax Note

Refunds may affect your tax deduction. Consult your tax advisor.
